A: Absolutely. We work directly with importers and suppliers to ensure every snack and product is the real deal. No fakes, no funny business.
Q: My item is out of stock! When will it be back?
A: Viral items can sell out fast! We restock popular items as quickly as possible. Use the "Notify Me When Available" feature on the product page to get an alert.
Q: Do you have expiration dates on your food items?
A: Yes, all food products have best-before dates. Due to the nature of imported goods, some may have shorter dates, but they are always safe to consume. Please check individual product pages for details.
Returns & Support
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hi@maplechopsticks.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
